Effective Personal Productivity


The course is made up of 7 half days beginning from September 2016

It is suitable for all employees at supervisor level and upwards, ideally the attendees in each group will be of a similar level.

Including: Time for communicating, tips for speed reading, using technology efficiently and effectively

Five: Empowering the Team

Including: The empowerment imperative, developing team-players through delegation, the time of a leader

Six: Increasing Productivity of the Team

Including: Creating a learning environment, productive meeting strategies, celebrating your success
